Ellicott City Station is the oldest surviving railroad station in America. The site features the Main Depot building, the freight house, a replica of the first horse-drawn passenger rail car, the Pioneer; and a 1927 "I-5" Caboose.

Train Ride Schedule: Train rides are offered Wednesday - Sunday, April - December and weekends in January.
Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Note: Last admission is one half hour prior to closing time.
 
Train Ride Tickets: Available for on-site purchase only at the B&O Museum in Baltimore and are sold on a first come, first served basis.
 
ALL ABOARD ALL DAY: Unlimited rides for the day on Choo Choo Blueville, Train Carousel, and Mile One Express.
Available for on-site purchase only at admissions on weekends April - January.
Train rides are subject to change or cancellation without notice and are not guaranteed with your visit. Train schedules vary during special events and the holiday season.
 
Museum is CLOSED on the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Scenic Train Rides in Historic Monocacy Valley Maryland

Excrusion Trains and Dinner Trains
Pennsylvania Railroad built the track in 1872.  Ride in vintage 1920s passenger cars or an open flatcar . Excursion runs past a 100 year old lime kiln and then Picturesque Maryland Farm Country.
 
Romantic Dinner for 2
Table are for 4 people so you may be seated with other guests !
Enjoy a 5 course meal - Do not serve Alcohol ! You can bring your own !
Piano music and a leisurely 2 hour trai ride.
Dinner trains operate every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of April through
October with 6:00 pm departures with 11 tables in the dining car.
 Sceneic excursions for the whole family
See Barricks Farm, established in the earley 1820s, then wiew the Catoctin Mountains.  Cross the beautiful Monocacy River on the reconstructed railroad bridge. Speeds limited to 10 mph.  First come First serve seating and are held rain or shine !
 
Weekends from May through October. Charters and special trains run all year.

Murder Mystery Train
